Description
Ahhh House is a gorgeous 4/3 on the serene bayside of Dauphin Island. The property is also directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. There is easement walkway to the Gulf Beach right across from this property. The house has an open floor plan with big space to spread out. The high ceilings and extra windows create an immersive beach vacation experience. You will have great views in both directions. The decks are large and have a combination of shade and sun. You will not be disappointed, come have your dream vacation!
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following house rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy—2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
Parking Instructions
The property has large driveway with room for 5 vehicles. There is an easement path to the Gulf Beach on the west side of the property directly across from you. Thank you!

I had such a nice time at this property. It was so convenient to both the Gulf and the Mississippi Sound (Bay side). I also loved the back porch where you could sit and look out to the bay while drinking your coffee or enjoying a night cap at the end of the day. The family and I already mentioned we are going to be coming back very soon.

Awesome place to stay. Bayside was our favorite since it’s right out the back door, but gulf side was as easy of a walk and right across the street. We spent every evening in the huge back deck. Can’t wait to stay again!

A lovely home that is situated with a view of the bay and gulf side. The gulf side beach is wonderful to walk the beach. The aquarium and fort are wonderful to visit. The house had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable.

What a lovely place for our Thanksgiving get together – of course dauphin island is always worth a visit but this house was just perfect for the 8 of us, large free living room, we in particular enjoyed the puzzles and perfectly equipped kitchen for an Airbnb – we didn’t miss anything.

The house is beautiful and well thought out, with wonderful decks and plenty of places to wash off the sand before entering. I’ve had other VRBO houses be less than clean, but this home was immaculate and I had no concerns about the bedding.
My group found the beds a little uncomfortable, but we are used to sleeping on Memory Foam mattresses. The bed frames squeak when turning, so 2 restless people in the bed was challenging.
Overall this is an amazing property with gorgeous views, and easy access to both bay and Gulf beaches.

This house was perfect! The open floor plan is huge – lots of counter space for food prep, huge comfy furniture in the living room, large dining room table that seats 10. The views were amazing – we saw dolphins from the porch. Lots of outdoor seating. Short walk to the ocean, where we rented chairs and umbrellas for the week. Rented Kayaks from Salty Dog, and went out in the bay every morning. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space.
Saw the sunset from the public beach on the west end of the island – stunning!

We had a nice stay, the island is beautiful and this home is located in a great spot. It is roomy and a good space for families to share. There are not a lot of places to eat out on the island so we chose to eat in often and found cooking a little challenging. All in all we had a very nice stay. It was peaceful and that was what we were after.

This was a great house for a two family spring break getaway. Beautiful home with a great bay view from the spacious back porch. Kitchen was clean and fully equipped. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy. Highly recommend.

Hello! I am wanting to know about beach access and walk to the beach. If I am looking correctly at the picture, the gulf is across the road. Is that where we would be able to access?

There is an easement on the west side of the property across the street from you. That is the shortest path. You can also easily access the gulf at Sehoy Street which is 1150 ft west of you (4-minute walk or you can drive and park).
