| “Arts in the Park Nature Festival” on Dauphin Island, Alabama to be held under the majestic oaks in historic Cadillac Square Park. The hours are 9-4. This event will feature the creations of fine artists & fine craftsmen from throughout the South as well as food vendors and of course, nature events. The festival will be divided by art in one half of the park and animal exhibits and environmental presentations in the other. There will be scheduled “Raptor Programs” throughout the day, as well as tents of live local animals on display, native plants, a “hands on” exhibit from the Dauphin Island Sea Lab Estuarium, bird identification by local birders, the “Watershed Wagon” from Week’s Bay and much, much more. This event is sponsored by the South Mobile County Tourism Authority and free to the public. |
