Newly remodeled, with all new furnishings throughout, "Sea Spot" is a very attractive waterfront 3 bedroom home. This waterfront home is on a boat-canal, yet a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico beach, or also the Bay. It also enjoys a partial Bay view. The waterfront deck has seating at a table with Sunbrella for enjoying a scenic meal, and there comfortable cushioned chairs and a sofa to further relax and enjoy the views. Underneath the house is additional space to enjoy the Island life, including shaded hammocks, a boat dock and slip, kayaks are available to rent on the island and an outdoor shower to rinse off and cool down after an Island excursion. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, with all new furnishings and decorations, including area artwork that really adds to the Island decor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms- a Master Bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite bath, a canal-view bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom with a Duo-bunk (Full/twin) and another bunk bed (two twin). This is a great Dauphin Island home- whether you are bringing a boat, or would just like to enjoy water access and a short walk to the Gulf beach, Sea Spot will be a great place for you family to enjoy Dauphin Island.

A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance. 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties. 6. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. 7. Start dishes and linens before departure. 8. Take trash can to street on Monday night and Friday night. 9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
