Sonny Daze is a 5 bedroom Gulf-view beach house with a private, heated pool and a second floor Game Room with a Gulf-view balcony. Sonny Daze has 2 Master suites (one on the main level, and the second upstairs) and one of the best views of any home on the Island. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath two-story beach house is nearly ready! It has a unique Gulf-view dipping pool; with benches along the sides, so you can sit in the pool and enjoy the great Gulf of Mexico views! There is a cozy second-floor Game Room with foosball, and a door to access a 160 sq foot Gulf-view balcony. Additional Ice-maker located in the pantry. This home has a great Gulf of Mexico beach location! There is one house ahead to the left and right, but the house is angled to as to provide an excellent Gulf view for this home. Pool is heated October thru April, at no additional charge.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Monday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per dog applies.
Parking Instructions
Large driveway that can accommodate 5 cars. Free overflow parking at Green Park next to Ship N Shore. Beach access by walking down Quebec Ct.

Hi! We are looking at booking for December and in just had a few questions.
1. We will have 3 vehicles, is there room to park all 3?
2. Is the pool able to fit multiple people in it or is it a small dipping pool for 1 to 2 people?
3. The pet fee, is it $100 per pet per night or just $100 per pet for the entire stay?

Sonny Daze has a large driveway and could easily fit five vehicles. The pool can fit multiple people. The pet fee is for the entire stay.

Great Holiday Stay
This was our first time to Dauphin Island and our first time using Dauphin Island Beach Rentals. The overall experience was excellent.
The house and amenities were exactly as described and made our week-long stay awesome.
We are already considering coming back to the island and using DIBR again!

Yes, the average outdoor temperatures in August are 78/89. The pool temperature will be similar and will depend on the weather any given week.

All tagged, street-legal vehicles are allowed on the roads. No vehicles are allowed on the beach.
