Description
Seas The Moment is a beautiful and spacious six-suite beach house in walking distance to our white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. All bedrooms have a TV and five are King Suites! You will feel like you can spread out and relax, no cramped spaces! There is also a bunk room that sleeps 6. Every bedroom has a full bath with a private entrance.
The house was completed in 2023 and is tastefully finished with large crown molding, beautiful flooring, modern furnishings, and gorgeous lighting. The gulf view bedrooms both walk onto the gulf deck, where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. The tall ceilings and great accents create a pleasing ambiance to enjoy your Dauphin Island Beach Vacation.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
Parking Instructions
Parking for 5 vehicles in the driveway. You can walk down Ponchartrain Ct to access the beach. The beach is a 3-minute walk (840 feet). You can also drive to St. Stephens St (west of you) to access car parking at the beach. You will need a parking pass. Contact us if you do not see any at the property.

We stayed here with 4 families and really enjoyed the space. Such close access to the beach. So many sand toys for the kids. A huge plus was having king bed and a private bathroom in every room. Kids were very enthusiastic about the bunk bed room.

Beautiful beach house with a glimpse of the ocean from the porch. Fit our party of 14 with no problems! Like previous guests – the wifi didnt work but that didnt bother us – we were happily unplugged. The kitchen was stocked full of dishes. The walk to the beach was a little inaccurate – 3 minutes to the sand and another LONG walk thru the sand to actually get to the water – probably not a big deal for most – but my fathers not in the best health and it was hard on him. Not so close that you can just “run back” for anything you forgot. I did like that there werent a ton of people on that part of the beach. We left our things on the beach overnight, as did several others, and no one bothered anything. Only minor issues – the back door wouldnt stay shut, ended up just keeping it locked and using front door. Keurig needed descaled and sometimes wouldnt close good and you just ended up with dirty looking hot water. Was sand on the floors upon arrival (expected), otherwise it was clean.

The location and house were great. It was a quick walk to the beach!! The WiFi went out every night when we tried to watch TV. We tried restarting everything we could but we could never get the WiFi to consistently work. There was a stipulation in the rental agreement about not getting a refund for WiFi outages, so everyone knows it’s a possibility. I thought we would have consistent WiFi..but it is consistently bad WiFi.

Overall, the stay was everything we expected. I had reached out to see if there was a coffee maker because I didn’t notice one in the photos. We were told there was a Keurig there. With eight adults drinking coffee, I bought a coffee maker to take with us. Upon arrival, we found they did have a Keurig but also had a coffee maker that would do a pot of coffee. I do wish I would have been told this because I wouldn’t have invested in a new coffee maker. We had four children (2 years and younger), that enjoyed themselves and loved getting to know their cousins. We all live in different states. The stairs seemed to draw their attention so we did move a chair in front of staircase to keep them off. It was a nice area. Quiet and not a lot of businesses. I would definitely recommend this place unless you’re looking for loud and nightlife.

It was exceptionally comfortable with everyone having their own bathroom in the bedroom. This particular home was not well stocked in the kitchen.
Also, there were no extra blankets in this home for us to use when I got cold and no one’s fault, the heat didn’t work When we needed it. The rental company did however they’re very best to resolve the heating problem.

The home is beautiful and very spacious for a big group. 2 large bedrooms upstairs, all others down. Nice area outside covered for grilling and enjoying outdoors. Our only “room for improvement” comment would be toward the cleaning crew. However, it would not deter us from staying here again. Do be mindful, this is a quiet, peaceful place without much around. Perfect for us – get your groceries on the way in in Mobile lol or there’s a very cute little store about 20 minutes away. Planning to come back!

This was our first time on Dauphin Island. The Island is quiet and pretty; where you’d choose if you’re looking for peace and calm.
Toured the Fort and the sea lab – both are non-rushed activities that take about 2 hours each, but are worth the visit. The beaches are pretty and not heavily populated. Locals seem very friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, make sure you stock up on supplies before heading to the island, as it’s about 45 minutes back to shopping; it’s an easy drive once you’ve done it, but it does cut into your time if you don’t plan right.
DI Beach Rentals was very accommodating and prompt to address any issues we had. Even late on a Friday, they made sure we were settled in after hours without issue. Would recommend them as a rental agency.

This is a big house with spacious suites 2 are upstairs and the rest are down. Plenty of room for our group of 10. It’s great that you can walk across the road(main road) and down a street to get to a trail to the beach. My two disappointments were there wasn’t a coffee pot and I had to go buy one as the rental person said they wouldn’t be able to bring one until the next afternoon (There is only a Kuerig) and the mattress in the bed upstairs in the back needs to be replaced, it’s totally worn down and sinking in places. Also this is the type of place that has zero games, books or cards so be sure and bring things you like as there’s nothing extra inside (no kitchen spices, oil or anything like that either).

The house was just what we needed for our family with plenty of space and necessary amenities . It was an easy walk to the beach. You can see the water from the front deck.
