Pelican Pass

Pelican Pass is in the exclusive Desoto Landing Gated Community. This home is on the gulf front, with a stunning view of protected dunes and marsh, overlooking your private boardwalk to your beautiful Gulf of Mexico beachfront. You will feel like you have the island to yourself!

The home is a spacious 4 bedroom with an additional bonus bedroom/loft, providing plenty of sleeping on three different floors, giving you room to spread out in your hangout. The home was completely renovated in 2022, enjoying modern lighting, comfortable furnishings, and upscale finish work. It is decorated with a truly unique and tasteful collection of novel artwork by the new owners, that will give you an ambiance to drift into your beach vacation.

The large open concept provides a view you will remember for the rest of your life. Come watch the pelicans pass by and the waves lapping for your beach vacation.

Desoto Landing is a Gated Community with very little traffic. The community includes a communal pool and tennis court.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include all members of your party, regardless of age.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Monday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
10. Per HOA, exterior lights must be turned off when not in use. Strictly enforced.
