Enjoy this beautiful pet-friendly Gulf Front property on the Gulf of Mexico. The property enjoys perfect views and a large deck for enjoying the gulf breeze. Be close to your fellow guests in the water without having to leave the comfort of the deck. The property has tremendous natural lighting and modern appliances. The open floor space on the gulf side puts in you touch with the beach while hanging out inside the house. #marisolhouse
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
Parking Instructions
The property has a driveway on the north side of the house that accommodates 3 cars. Overflow parking is available at Green Park next to Ship N Shore.

Awesome house, also location. The house was very good. It was a very nice beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The only drawback is the house could stand a very good off-season deep cleaning. I’m not sure if we just hit it at a bad time but it needs a thorough cleaning and also a few repairs. Would likely rebook this house for next year if we go back to Dauphin island.

Perfect quiet beach front location in a very dog friendly area. We appreciated the baby gate on the deck stairs to keep dogs secure.

Very peaceful place. It was nice to open the doors and let the breeze and sound of the waves come into the house. Wife and kids loved having the water right in front of the house. It was peaceful to me because I could watch the kids really easy while they played in the water

This place was great! The location was the real standout! Right in the sand with a perfect “private” beach right in front. House was clean and hand everything we needed. Comfortable beach house on the Gulf side of Dauphin Island. Very close to the water–nearly on top of it, in fact. Relaxing surf sounds. Fresh air. A charming community. If you like birding or nature walks, check out the Audubon Bird Sanctuary.

Great Beach House!!!
The Marisol is such a great beach house! It has everything you need inside and out. We enjoyed beach front lounging under the house and loved watching the dolphins from the balcony! The individual driveway is a nice bonus and made loading and unloading easier. *Already booked it again for us next year!

Great rental
Marisol beach home was great! Very near the gulf and the the best stocked home we ever rented. Great outdoor deck fully covered with lots of shade and furniture. Might need a 4 wheel truck to get out the parking place but we figured that due to the photos. Try it you will love it!

You have to rent from a Saturday to a Saturday. It will not accept anything in between during the summer.
