Breezy Decks

Welcome to Breezy Decks, your pet-friendly island retreat in the exclusive Desoto Landing neighborhood on Dauphin Island. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation home offers modern comforts, Gulf views, and access to private community amenities.

Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious common area with defined spaces for the living room, dining and kitchen space. The living room features two couches and a pair of armchairs, a cozy fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a checkers table. Sliding glass doors open onto the elevated back deck, offering stunning beach views.

The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and includes a bar for additional prep and dining space. The dining table seats four, while the bar seats two. Adjacent to the kitchen, a hallway leads to a laundry closet and the master suite.

Sleeping Quarters:
• Master Suite (Main Level): King bed, TV, sliding glass door to deck, private bathroom with alcove tub, shower stall, and partitioned toilet.
• Jack-and-Jill Suite (Upstairs): Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, closet, TV, and window bench; shared bathroom with partitioned washroom and shower-tub combo.
• Studio Suite (Ground Level): Queen bed, daybed, bar table, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower stall, and sliding glass door to patio.

The ground-level patio features lounge chairs, a smoker grill, and a picnic table for outdoor dining. The elevated deck includes a covered sitting area and an uncovered space with stairs leading to the ground level. Guests can enjoy Gulf views from both outdoor spaces.

For added convenience, Breezy Decks includes access to an electric golf cart, perfect for getting around the neighborhood.

Located in the private Desoto Landing community, guests have access to a communal pool, tennis courts, and a private boardwalk leading to the pristine Gulf beaches.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include all adults and children and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $150 pet fee per pet plus tax.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and cannot be used. They are not permitted by Homeowner Insurance Policies.
11. Per HOA, exterior lights must be turned off when not in use. Strictly enforced.
