Description
Let the rhythm of the waves set the tone for your beach getaway at Blue Sky Breeze — a thoughtfully appointed 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beach house located just steps from Dauphin Island’s gulf-side beach. With a wraparound porch offering views of both sunrise and sunset, this home is made for laid-back mornings, ocean breezes, and barefoot walks along the sand.
Inside, the home is tastefully decorated with a blend of comfort and convenience. Whether you’re here to unwind completely or need to take a few calls while working remotely, Blue Sky Breeze has what you need. The main living area features a spacious open layout, a large smart TV, and reclining sofas and chairs. Additionally, there is extra sleeping space from a cabinet-style Murphy bed. The house is fully equipped and includes a stand-alone ice machine, mini fridge, Keurig and drip coffee makers. The kitchen and dining area provides plenty of space for meals and snacks.
The 4 bedrooms have their own smart TV and separate vanities/closets connected in a Jack-and-Jill design that provides privacy and accessibility. One of the bedrooms includes a dedicated workspace—perfect for remote work or virtual schooling.

Extras include safety pull handles in all restrooms for accessibility, ample storage throughout, and a well-stocked give-and-take library for vacation reading. The wraparound porch offers multiple seating areas with both seaside and bayside views. Downstairs, the outdoor rinse station has 3 hot/cold water showers, making it easy to come in from the beach without waiting in line.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens, towels and beach towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

We Enjoyed our stay at Blue Sky Breeze rental! Everything was just as described and the location was Awesome, a few steps to the ocean! The driveway under Blue Sky Breeze is dry during high tide. Water may rise under the house if there is a storm surge. This is not a daily occurence. If there is a possibility of a storm surge during your stay, you will hear from our office. A two wheel drive vehicle can easily access this property.

Wonderful house right on the gulf beach. Views are amazing & we saw dolphins almost every day from the expansive deck! House is well stocked, beds are very comfortable and ample space for larger families or groups. Highly recommend staying at here.

Location can’t be beat. Gulf side, no other houses block the view almost like having your own private dog friendly beach and sleeping to the sounds of the waves. Girls trip and we all felt right at home with an open floor plan to keep us all together but the bedrooms felt like a private retreat. We were also grateful to April’s help with an early check in to beat the Mardi Gras Parade and Dee for helping us understand where to park our cars. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and extra blankets, game closet, and a nice big table that could easily sit eight people but gave us enough space to transition from playing to dining without having to clear the table. This beach house gave us everything we needed for a casual comfortable conversation filled relaxing retreat and a new treasured memory for us all.

We had a wonderful vacation with our two golden retrievers. With the house right on the beach, we were able to hear, see and experience the ocean at every turn. The house has all the amenities you might need for a big family, it’s squeaky clean and only a few minutes’ drive to the local restaurants. Definitely recommended for family vacations!

Our stay on Dauphin Island was amazing. Late April/early May was in interesting time to go, after the bird migration, but before the summer rush. It was so peaceful and we enjoyed the quiet. The house was perfect for this time of year because it has a porch on all sides. It was very windy during part of our stay and rained one evening, but we could sit on the sheltered side of the house. It was so nice! The house had great amenities for kids.

Great location. Toward the West end of the island so very little traffic or activity. House is on the beach. No need for beach carts or anything. Wrap around porch is fantastic for kids or dogs. Most nails were knocked in. House had everything we needed. Everything was clean. Plenty of games if it rains. A/C kept house cold. Nice layout if two families were to go together w kids. Roku tvs in all rooms so you can use any of your apps. Great views. Didn’t have a need to contact the host even though they reached out a few times to be sure everything was good. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family house
Light, airy, modern… beautiful views, great deck area, comfortable beds, clean, kitchen well-equipped with ice maker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, excellent stove, microwave… washer/dryer, I mean, what more could you want? AC works fabulous, if you need it, but you won’t because of the 360 windows. The view of the Gulf is unparalleled, the hosts are easy to work with and the place even comes with baby supplies like a high chair, etc. Large dining room table, comfortable bar stools. Hmmmm, what else? We had absolutely no complaints and found nothing needed to add to this house to make it just perfect. Safe area (all of the island is safe). This is a year-round place, any month will be fabulous.

Great for the whole family!
This house has everything and in a great location. Brought little ones and multiple families with room to still enjoy in the main space. Kitchen had all the items needed to cook and feed our group. Also, games for the kids (and adults) plus pack’n’play and high chair for the baby. We relaxed and enjoyed each other.
