May and October are two of the best months on Dauphin Island, and for four good reasons:

• The Weather! Blue skies, low humidity, daytime highs around 80 and evening lows in the 60's . . . Perfect beach weather!

• Spring Rates and Rules! Since Peak Summer rental rates don't start until late in the month, the rates are lower, and we do not require a full week stay.

• Beat the crowds! Although Dauphin Island beaches are never crowded, there are even less folks down here during Spring . . . it's a great, (and quiet!) time on the Island.
